Gigi Kids will except returns provided the original tags remain attached and clothing is unworn and in new condition.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 21 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs, based on the original form of payment, subject to item availability. Sale merchandise may be returned within 21 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs, based on the original form of payment or exchanged (subject to item availability). Final sale and non-returnable merchandise has a strict no return/no exchange policy. Quinceanera Dresses, Pageant Dresses and Undergarments are not returnable. Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 21 days of your receipt date will be returned to you.

The goods must be returned in original condition. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all originals tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. Please Note: If item is not accepted, we will charge you 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee.
